Richard Gann is the President and Senior Construction Inspector for Ganco Construction Inspections, LLC.

Mr. Gann is a licensed General Contractor and has over 30 years of “hands on” construction and inspection experience with residential, commercial, public works and site development projects.

As a real estate land developer, Mr. Gann is very familiar with the complex issues involving underground sewer, water, storm, dry utilities and other on and off site development projects.

In addition to his construction and land development experience, Mr. Gann has served many years as a Real Estate Broker and Title Insurance Corporate Executive.
